After all too long, the updated Brand or Culture site has finally arrived! Some key areas that you may want to check out are Meet the Companies, and the results to the surveys. In Meet the Companies, you will be able to see all of the companies that have participated—please keep in mind that this is a growing list and companies are regularly being added! In Resources you will find a ton of books to help you strengthen your own culture and as for the survey, who doesn’t like to see what others say? One other VERY important announcement is that both Omicle and Brand or Culture are now on Facebook! Regular updates are posted. Brand or Culture: Which Comes First, is an ongoing research project by Mel DePaoli, president of Omicle to spotlight companies who have a strong, positive culture. The focus of the project is on understanding the nuances of various cultures, the evolution of corporate cultures, how technology affects the culture of the company, and how the culture and brand influence each other. Benchmarks created from this research help Omicle's clients create their own Contagious Cultures.
